With 20 years of experience as a women’s health physiotherapist, both in the public and private sector, Sharona brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2004 and furthered her qualifications by obtaining a postgraduate certificate in Pelvic Floor and Continence Physiotherapy through the University of Melbourne in 2007.

In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Sharona pursued specialised training to become an internationally certified lactation consultant. This qualification allows her to offer comprehensive care to women during the postnatal period, providing antenatal breastfeeding education and expert management for mastitis, blocked ducts, and other lactation-related conditions.

Sharona is deeply committed to providing holistic care for women, emphasising high-quality outcomes in pelvic health and breast care. Her areas of interest encompass a wide range of women's health issues, including pelvic floor rehabilitation, pelvic pain, sexual pain, prolapse management, bladder and bowel dysfunction, as well as pre and postnatal physiotherapy. Additionally, she offers expertise in utilising TENS for labour and provides comprehensive labour education to expectant mothers.
