Femme Physio offers individually instructed pilates sessions.

An initial assessment is required in order to personalise the treatment and exercise sessions to your personal needs.  The intimate setting ensures that each session & exercise is closely monitored to maximise benefits & minimise the chance of exacerbating existing injuries.

Sessions are 45 minutes & based on the reformer bed.
